Return & Exchange Policy

At Sip on Stories, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns only for defective or damaged products. If your item arrives defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a return authorization.

We are happy to offer exchanges for the same item or another product of equal value, subject to availability.

Important Notes:

• Items must be returned in original packaging.

• Returns or exchanges without prior authorization will not be accepted.

• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.
